1. Controller
The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
A & M Schlüsseldienst, owner Miroslav Pilic, Marktstr. 4, D-13597 Berlin
Phone: +49 (0)30 79 78 80 09 · Email: [email protected]
2. Principle
We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to operate this website and to answer your enquiries. This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies, no tracking, no social media plugins and no embedded maps or review widgets. No data is passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Server log files
When you access this website, your browser automatically transmits technical information (for example browser type, operating system, date and time of access, the page requested, and a shortened IP address). This data is technically necessary in order to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). This data is not merged with other data sources.
4. Contact form, email and telephone
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by telephone, we process the details you provide (name, telephone number or email address, topic and the content of your message) solely in order to handle your enquiry.
The legal basis is your explicit consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give via the checkbox when submitting the form, and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry is directed at a contract. You may withdraw your consent at any time, informally and with effect for the future — for example by email to the address above. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.
5. Retention period
We delete the data processed in connection with an enquiry as soon as your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention periods apply. If your enquiry results in an order, the retention periods under commercial and tax law apply (generally six or ten years). Server log files are automatically deleted or anonymised after a short period.
6. Strictly necessary cookies
This website sets no cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. Where strictly necessary cookies or comparable storage techniques are used – for example to store your language choice – this is done on the basis of § 25 (2) TDDDG.
7. Hosting
This website is hosted with a service provider in the European Union. The provider processes the server log files described above on our behalf, on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The fonts used are served from our own server; there is no connection to Google Fonts or any other third-party provider.
8. External links
This website links to Google Maps (route planning) and to our Google Business profile. These services are only called up when you click; no Google content is embedded in or preloaded on this website. Once you click, the privacy terms of the respective provider apply.
9. TLS encryption
For security reasons this website uses TLS encryption, recognisable by “https://” in your browser's address bar. This means the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
10. Your rights
You have the right at any time to information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and a right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Please contact the controller named under section 1 — no particular form is required.
11. Right to complain and data protection officer
Without prejudice to any other legal remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
There is no statutory requirement for our business to appoint a data protection officer. Please direct your concerns to the controller named under section 1.
